Located at 1899 Echo Place in the Columbia Park neighbourhood (red house with white addition in the back of the cul-de-sac), by appointment only. Front door entrance on the right. You are welcome to park in the front driveway or lock a bike to the carport post. If it is your first appointment, please arrive 5-10 mins early to fill out a health history form. Otherwise please try to arrive close to your appointment time and not too early as there is only one parking spot and the door may be locked if I am still with another patient.
